Manga Authors Yusuke Murata and Korosuke Inu Publish New One-Shot

Manga author Korosuke Inu (Ultimate Janken) announced on Twitter that he will publish a new one-shot titled Kagaku to Mahou no Kakutou-tachi in the 35th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shounen Jump magazine on July 29. Featuring art by Yusuke Murata (One Punch-Man), it will be 60 pages long and have a center color spread.

Murata is known for drawing the Eyeshield 21 manga with Riichiro Inagaki, who penned the story. The manga serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump from 2002 to 2009, and was adapted into a 145-episode TV anime by Studio Gallop in 2005.

Since 2012, Murata has collaborated with ONE on the One Punch-Man manga, a remaster of ONE’s original webcomic that debuted in 2009. The story is being adapted as an anime with two seasons so far. The first aired in Spring 2015 and the second in Spring 2019, with production by Madhouse and J.C.Staff, respectively.
